Payment and delivery

If you wish to make an order, choose a product in the section “Shop” and add it into the “Cart”. Next you should fill in the form and enter your contact details (create your user account) for easier method of payment and delivery.

When you finish making your order, you will receive a letter at the provided e-mail about your order confirmation with referring to your user account where you can track an order status (see below). The order is being processed after payment (except for cash on delivery). If you have any questions regarding your current order, please contact our online shop manager.

3. Via a courier service within Ukraine (additional charge for money transfer via a transportation provider. Service costs 20UAH 2% of the payment is being charged.)

Payment by bonuses

If you have a LOKAL card – use your BOFONS (reward points). By entering you card number and password you can make full or part payment.

You can collect "bofons" in our online-shop to your LOKAL card account for each purchase.

 

Caution! "Bofons" cannot be used for delivery.

Delivery in Ukraine
1. To Nova Poshta branch (payment according to transportation provider rates. Order will be delivered within 3 working days.)
2. By Nova Poshta courier to the buyer’s address (payment according to transportation provider rates. Order will be delivered within 3 working days).

Delivery with in Lviv
1. By our courier at the indicated address (Delivery cost in Lviv 60 UAH - in case of ordering goods up to 2499 UAH. When ordering goods above 2500 UAH. - courier delivery is free of charge in Lviv. The order is delivered within 1-2 working day or after specifying details with the online shop manager.)


Delivery abroad іs not possible.

New – the order is fully accepted on the website and sent to our online shop manager for processing.
Accepted and processed – the order was accepted by the manager after which is specified as follows: details, packaging and a parcel for sending or collecting by the buyer. Delivery time: 1 – 3 working days. The order made to 12:00 will start to process during a working day, after 15:00 – the next working day.
Needs more clarification – the order was incorrectly made (the wrong address, the telephone number, etc.) or it should be paid.
Packaged – the order was fully processed and is waited to be sent or is ready to be collected by the buyer. Delivery time: 12 working hours after accepting an order.
Sent – the order was sent to the customer at the indicated address. You can track your order, sent in Ukraine by Nova Poshta transportation provider, by the bill number, informed by the manager after a parcel is sent. Delivery time: 1 – 3 working days depending on the region.
Done – all operations are fulfilled, the quality of sent products is confirmed; the order is closed. See your purchase history in the user account.
